    • Act respectfully and professionally
    • Avoid uploading false, misleading, inappropriate, or illegal content
    • Not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications
    Violations may result in the suspension or deletion of profiles without prior notice.

  3. Provider Listings and Licensure
    Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own profiles. We may verify license information at our discretion; however, we do not guarantee the continued validity of any license at any given time. License verification, if performed, reflects the status as of the time of review.
    We are not able to monitor license changes in real time and cannot guarantee continued compliance beyond our last review. We reserve the right to remove any verification indicators if a provider’s license is later found to be expired, suspended, revoked, or otherwise invalid.
    Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify provider credentials before initiating contact. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or professionalism of any provider interaction.

  4. Use of the Chat Assistant (SiteGPT)
    The built-in AI chat assistant is intended to help users explore content and locate provider profiles. It is not a substitute for clinical guidance or decision-making.
    The chatbot does not offer health advice, referrals, or diagnosis, and its responses are informational only. Chat content is based on public data and may not reflect the most current or complete information.

Providers retain rights to their own submitted content but grant Get Pro Connected permission to display, promote, and share their public profile content on the site and associated systems.
