2. Voluntary Data Disclosure & Public Display

By registering, you voluntarily provide and authorize Get Pro Connected to collect, store, and display information you submit, which may include:

  • Name, email, phone number, username, profile photo, IP address, website link

  • Licensing or credential details

  • Provider profile content, availability, or service information

This data may be displayed publicly on your profile for the purpose of helping other providers or visitors find and connect with you. You acknowledge that the content you submit is voluntarily provided by you, intended for public visibility, and your sole responsibility.

3. Consent to Verification

You consent to Get Pro Connected using your submitted information to verify your identity, professional license, and credentials. If your license is expired, unverifiable, or determined to be falsified or misleading — or if your profile is believed to be fraudulent or impersonating another provider — Get Pro Connected reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate or suspend your account

  • Restrict public access to your information

  • Report the incident to licensing boards or appropriate authorities

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Membership

Get Pro Connected may suspend or permanently cancel any account, at our sole discretion, for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Submitting false, unverifiable, or misleading information

  • Displaying inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content

  • Engaging in behavior or activity that violates law, platform guidelines, or ethical standards

  • Impersonating another person or professional

  • Violating the privacy, safety, or legal rights of other users

Membership is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time to protect the integrity and legal compliance of the platform.

5. Protected Health Information (PHI)

Get Pro Connected is not built for HIPAA compliance and does not support the collection, storage, or exchange of Protected Health Information (PHI). You agree not to share, solicit, or discuss any client or patient PHI using this site, including through forms, email, chat, or profile content. You agree to use the platform only for general, non-clinical introductions and communication.

6. Messaging, Email, and AI Limitations

The platform’s contact forms and email tools are for initial general inquiries only, not for medical advice or follow-up clinical communication. Get Pro Connected offers an AI-powered assistant (“SiteGPT”) to help visitors navigate listings and site content. This tool is informational only and does not provide medical, legal, or diagnostic advice.

7. Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit or publish. While Get Pro Connected may monitor and remove clearly harmful or inappropriate material, we do not guarantee comprehensive moderation and are not liable for the content, conduct, or claims of any user. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content or access for any reason deemed necessary to protect other users or platform standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using this site, you agree to hold Get Pro Connected harmless from any and all claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions that may result from:

  • Communication between users

  • Misrepresentation or misconduct by another user
